Art has a history of change, changing its purposes, content, and style. In the beginning it was magic, cave paintings of successful hunts, meant as predicate programming for real-life hunters. Later it was state propaganda, reinforcing the ideas of the greatness of pharaohs and emperors. In the Post-Roman era, it became religious art, beautiful prayers to a deity, and advertisement for church, mosque, and temple. Soon it became a cult of beauty and individuality, the Aesthetics and the Symbolists. Surrealism and Abstract Art became a study and a revelation of the subconscious mind. Now we live in a time of fragmentation, where the massive amount of information we have has outstripped the ability of theorists to comprehend or explain the information and disinformation we are bombarded by.

My art refers to and includes all these elements of past art. There is however a new vision of the future, based on the idea of cycles of time and history, and a return of a Golden Age. It predicts time travel, a return to the golden past in a golden future. The key to this is Deja Vu. I try to create according to a sort of memory of the future.

I hope people, or at least some people, may see my work and remember it; That is have deja vu when they see it. So essentially it's meant to be interactive, to mind-meld with the viewer, causing an ecstatic change in consciousness - Yeah I now how that sounds, but I have to "speak truth to power" - because the new Golden Age, puts paid to subservience to the powers that repress us all. Everything positive furthers the cause of freedom, evolution and self-realization.
